 Tracy is a roller skating fool who heads off to San Francisco, where wheeled shoes rule. He ends up working at a skating rink and tries his hand at wooing Handler, a real tease who makes his efforts at romance rather difficult. Andy gets some help from Benedict and Sanford, however, via cash and sage advice. All this fluffy nonsense results in a film even more forgettable than ROLLER BOOGIE or SKATETOWN U.S.A.
