BIOGRAPHY

Steve TRACY his real name is Steve CRUMRINE American actor of Jewish origin.

 

He was born October 3, 1952 in Canton, the state of OHIO.

 

Steve went to the University KENT then takes art classes at the studio of Harvey Lembeck's comedy LOS ANGELES, he has studied drama.

 

He began his career in the 70s, in a small role as one of the first 3D movie directed by HEAVY EQUIPMENT TOM DESIMONE gay pornographic film but do not worry our PERCIVAL not appear in any intimate scene then makes other roles and also included, can be seen in the TV series of the time such as Quincy, James at 15 or the series "The Jeffersons".

 

 

The biggest role of his career was PERCIVAL COHEN in the cult series "THE LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE", he passed an audition with several candidates, the cast was made by Michael Landon and Melissa Gilbert aka Laura INGALLS.  Steve Tracy also had two interesting roles in movies: Desperate Moves by Olliver Hellman, depending on the country the title is different in France (Rollerboy) a low-budget film which he was the hero in 1980 (a love story against the backdrop skate board) it plays the role of Andy Steigler, and Class in American (1982) for which he had shaved his head because he was playing a follower of Krishna. When Steve was not running, he played at the theater in plays such as (The Chicago Conspiracy Trial, Odyssey Theatre, Christmas Fantasies). His last television appearance was in 1987 in "the valley of the other world" released just after his death.

 

 

Steve was diagnosed with AIDS at the age of 32 years and revealed to the public as little star dared to do at the time, he hoped that this would make the people aware of the problems related to this disease and encourage science to seek a vaccine. In 1985, in a November night, Steve called Alison Arngrim, saying that he had little time left. November 27, 1986, Steve left us, he wanted to die in his home. He told Alison "Do not worry, this is not the end it's just a change in the relationship."

After that Alison Arngrim is involved in the equiment against AIDS. Steve's last wish was fulfilled as his ashes were scattered in the Hollywood sign in the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, under the letter "D".
